Terms and Conditions

Welcome to imovedocs. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Our Services

We provide system management and digital document migration services. All services are performed remotely, and we aim to deliver efficient and timely results for our clients.

Payments

To schedule any service, a 50% initial payment is required. This payment secures your booked date and allows us to begin the initial backup and prepare your data and documents for the new system, which constitutes 60% of the total work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the migration.

 

  • Rescheduling a migration incurs a $1,000 fee. Any rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 1 business day prior to the booked migration date.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds will not be provided once the initial backup is completed. Since the backup accounts for 50% of the migration process, this work cannot be undone once performed.

  • Refunds before Backup: If a client cancels before the backup has started, a partial refund may be issued, minus any preparation or administrative fees incurred.

  • Refunds after Backup: No refunds will be issued after the backup process has started.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations before Initial Backup: If a client wishes to cancel before the initial backup process begins, they may be eligible for a partial refund of the 50% deposit, minus any preparation work performed.

  • Cancellations after Backup: Cancellations made after the initial backup has been completed are not eligible for a refund of the initial payment.

  • Cancellations of Ongoing Services: Ongoing services refer to any work performed after an initial backup has started; this also applies to initial backups in progress. Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 1 business day in advance for scheduled migrations. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. Services already in progress cannot be canceled without incurring additional fees.

Delivery of Services

All services are delivered digitally. The estimated timeframe for completion will be provided before the project begins and may vary depending on the scope of work. We are committed to completing services within the agreed-upon timeframes, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, unforeseen technical issues, or natural disasters.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and access to necessary systems in a timely manner to ensure the smooth execution of services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is the client's responsibility to review these terms regularly.
